Formed as a trio in 1980 by Keren Woodward, Sara Dallin and Siobhan Fahey, Bananarama are one of the most successful British pop acts. Fahey left the group in 1988 to form Shakespear's Sister.

Some of their UK top ten hits include ‘Robert De Niro’s Waiting…’ ‘Cruel Summer’ and ‘Love in the First Degree.’ Still active today, Bananarama also appeared in the ITV comedy show ‘Benidorm’ in 2011, performing a number of their hits.
