Bryan Ferry’s career was launched as a member of
Roxy Music, which he formed in London in 1970 alongside Andy Mackay and
Brian Eno. He has more recently released music alongside The Bryan Ferry Orchestra, who play his work in a 1920s
jazz style.
Ferry’s main solo career started in 1984, and his sixth solo album ‘Boys and Girls’ reached number 1 in the UK. It remained in the charts for 44 weeks.
