Frequently described as ‘The Queen of Blue-Eyed Soul’, Dusty Springfield was an icon of the Swinging Sixties. Her early career was defined as part of a group she formed with her brother, ‘The Springfields’. Springfield being a stage name they adopted together; Springfield’s real name was Mary Isabel Catherine Bernadette O’Brien.

Her most successful solo hits include ‘I Only Want to be With You’, ‘You Don’t Have to Say You Love Me’ and ‘Son of a Preacher Man.’
