Janet Jackson

The youngest child in the Jackson family, Janet Jackson signed her first solo record contract in 1982.

Her album Rhythm Nation 1814 had seven commercial singles make the top five positions in the US singles chart – she is the only artist to have achieved this.
Jackson is also known for her 2004 Super Bowl controversy, in which Justin Timberlake accidentally tore open her costume, which landed them a spot in Guinness World Records as the ‘Most Searched in Internet History!’
