Simple Minds gained international fame in the 80s with hits such as "Don't You (Forget About Me)," which was featured in the film "The Breakfast Club," and "Alive and Kicking."

They have collaborated with prominent artists such as Peter Gabriel and Lou Reed, and despite lineup changes over the years, founding members Jim Kerr and Charlie Burchill remain the driving force behind the band's enduring popularity.
