Terms & Conditions - Sell Your Collection

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the collection, valuation, and return of records collected by/from prospective sellers. These terms and conditions do not apply to collections dropped off with us in person. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Courier Collection
2.1 We offer a courier collection service for customers who cannot drop off their records in person.
2.2 Customers are responsible for properly packaging the records to ensure they are protected during transit. We recommend using sturdy packaging materials and clearly labeling the package.
2.3 Customers must be available at the designated collection address during the scheduled pick-up window. Failure to be present may result in additional charges for rescheduling the courier collection.

3. Valuation Process
3.1 Once the records are dropped off, we will inspect and evaluate them based on their condition, rarity, and market demand.
3.2 Customers will be notified of the valuation results via the contact information provided.

4. Purchase Offer
Based on the valuation, we may make an offer to purchase the records. Customers are under no obligation to accept our offer.

5. Record Collection
Customers who do not wish to sell their records to us can have their records returned for free on one occasion. If delivery cannot be made for any reason, the customer will be responsible for collecting them from us, or rearranging another courier.

6. Uncollected Records
6.1 If records remain uncollected for more than 60 days, we reserve the right to consider them abandoned.
6.2 Abandoned records may be disposed of or sold at our discretion. Proceeds from the sale of abandoned records will be used to cover storage fees and other administrative costs.

7. Damage & Insurance
7.1 Once collected from you, goods will be insured by us at market value.
7.2 Market value will be determined by the offer we would have made, had the records arrived with us in the condition they left you. This will be agreed by Atlas Records Limited and/or our insurers.
7.3 In calculating the value of any claim we shall accept no other valuations than our own for the Items that you may be claiming for and under no circumstances do we accept any liability for any other loss, damage or compensation resulting from the use of our Delivery Services.
7.4 The Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to a Parcel for non-delivery or mis-delivery if it is proved that the loss, damage, non-delivery or mis-delivery was due to the negligence or fault of you.
7.5 The absolute limit of our liability is set at £100 per label provided, unless expressly agreed otherwise by Atlas Records.

8. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the customer's responsibility to review them regularly.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
