When you shop with Atlas Records, you gain 2 reward points for every £1 you spend. But how can you make the most of these and claim the discounts they provide?
Read on to discover how our rewards system works.
1 - Navigate to "Rewards"
If you are on a computer, you will need to navigate to the "Rewards" pop-up up which will be in the bottom left of our website.
On a phone? The button will be in the bottom right of the site, and will just feature the gift symbol and no "Rewards" text.
2 - Make Sure You Are Logged In
If you are logged out, you will see the below screen. If you don't have an account yet, click "Join now"
If you already have an account with us, click "Sign in" to get started.
3 - View My Options
Now that you are logged in, you'll have a view of your "Rewards" account which will you give access to the following information and actions
- Current point balance
- Existing rewards
- Ways to earn
- Ways to redeem
- Refer friends
- Past activity
4 - Ways to Earn
There are a few ways to earn points with us, such as liking us on Facebook or celebrating your birthday.
However, the key way to earn is by placing orders, where you'll gain 2 points for every £1 spent. This will happen automatically when you place your orders.
5 - Ways to Redeem
So, how can you make the most of your hard-earned points?
We offer three coupons, for £3, £5 and £10. They are discounted as you go up each step, so if you're a regular customer, it makes sense to save up your points until you can go for a £10 off coupon!
When you have enough points to redeem a coupon, you will see a "View" button (like below). Once you click this, there will be another button to "Redeem"
Once you have redeemed this, the coupon will be visible in your account to use whenever you are ready - see step 6.
If you do not yet have enough points to redeem a coupon, there will be an "incomplete circle" next to it, like the £10 off coupon in the image below.
6 - View & Use My Existing Coupons
If you have an available but unused reward, your rewards screen will state "You have 1 reward available" as shown below:
This will take you to a list of your existing rewards:
Click into the reward you want to redeem, and then copy the discount code into your checkout cart to apply it to your order:
7 - Save!
