The very early stages of Elvis Costello’s (real name Declan Patrick McManus) career were in 1974, when he performed a song for an R. White’s Lemonade commercial alongside his father. He was signed to Stiff Records shortly after.
Some of Costello’s most well-known songs include ‘She,’ ‘Oliver’s Army’ and ‘Accidents Will Happen’ which he performed alongside his band ‘the Attractions.’
