Product Details
Our Comments: Vol 4 is the Sabbath record with 'Changes' on it, a piano ballad from a band nobody expected one from. This is a first UK pressing on the small-swirl Vertigo label, with 1Y//1 2Y//1 matrices and 'Porky' hand-etched in the run-outs - George Peckham's mark, which disappeared once the 1Y//2 stampers took over for the second issue. It reached us complete with the four-page booklet that was originally glued inside the gatefold. The sleeves has significant wear to spine. The record itself is in decent shape, though with some quite visible surface marks - mostly on the A side. We have played over these, however, and they do not cause background noise that takes the audio for this record below a VG+ grade. They appear to be superficial marks rather than anything that causes clicks or skips.
