Black Sabbath - The Vinyl Collection 1970-1978 - 9 x LP + 7" Vinyl Record

Our Comments: All eight studio albums the original line-up made in the seventies, plus Live At Last, in one box. Universal released it on 12 December 2012, a year after the reunion was announced, with the original tapes remastered at 24-bit/96kHz and all nine LPs on 180g vinyl in reproductions of the original packaging - Master Of Reality's poster and Vol 4's booklet included. There's also a 7" of the debut single 'Evil Woman' backed with 'Wicked World', and a hardback book of their 1970s tour programmes. A good companion to the Vertigo originals elsewhere in this month's box, and a lot easier on the nerves. This box set is sealed, meaning we presume the grade to be mint and this also means this release has not been cleaned on the Degritter, or play-tested.
