Product Details
Our Comments: On 26 August 2006, David Gilmour closed his On An Island tour in front of 50,000 people at the Gdańsk shipyard, on the anniversary of the founding of Solidarity, with Rick Wright on keyboards and the Baltic Philharmonic behind them. Wright died a week before the album came out in September 2008, and it's dedicated to him. The vinyl box is the fullest version of the night. It's the only format with 'Wot's... Uh The Deal?', and a fifth LP adds extra live tracks and two of the privately recorded 'Barn Jams'. This is the limited five-LP set on 180g vinyl, complete with the 20-page booklet and poster. As is common with box sets, these records have probably only ever been played a small handful of times, meaning they have remained in NM condition with a strong original shine and very few or no surface marks visible.
