Product Details
Our Comments: Steve Albini, best known at the time for Nirvana's In Utero, recorded and mixed this at Abbey Road, and it's still the only studio album Page and Plant made as a duo. 'Most High' won them a Grammy for Best Hard Rock Performance, and Plant later re-recorded 'Please Read The Letter' with Alison Krauss for Raising Sand. This is the original 1998 US double LP on Atlantic, in its gatefold, and a natural partner to the No Quarter set also in this month's box. This certainly seems to be the month for Led Zeppelin fans, and it's most likely that all of these records came to us from a single collector. Despite near mint audio playback, with close to no audible background noise, these records do show some light surface marks when viewed under a bright light. Hence, we've given these records an overall grade of EX.
