Product Details
Our Comments: The tell on a UK first-pressing Sticky Fingers is the zipper itself: on the earliest copies it's completely blank with two indented lines, and the labels don't yet carry the 'A Promotone N.V. Record' credit that came in a few months after the April 1971 release. This one has that blank zipper and the A3/B3 matrix, the lowest known cut for the release - the Warhol working-zip sleeve, TML mastering etched in the run-out. No insert; wear to the die-cut flap above the zipper; some surface scratching and a small tear to the sleeve rear. Record itself is in typical VG+ condition, with surface marks visible under a bright light and quiet but relatively consistent background noise. Nothing that overpowers the audio playback.
