Our Comments: Wire's landmark debut, as influential on post-punk as anything released in 1977. This copy carries the 'Blair' etching in the runouts - Chris Blair, the mastering engineer who went on to run Abbey Road's mastering department. This release is generally in NM condition, other than a 2-3cm mark across B2 which causes some quiet background clicks. They are clearly present, but they do not overpower the music. Otherwise, this record is in fantastic, close to unplayed, condition.
