Ringo Starr was asked to join as The Beatles' drummer in 1962, replacing Pete Best. After the breakup of the Beatles, Starr released a total of 20 solo records, including the eponymous album ‘Ringo’ which featured participation from all four of the Beatles - John Lennon, Paul McCartney & George Harrison.
Starr also narrated the first two seasons of ‘Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends’ and nowadays is also known for his Microsoft Paint artworks.
